The app is empty — where are the matches?
Before the season starts there are no fixtures, live scores or standings to show, so those screens are legitimately empty. The home screen tells you how many days are left until the first match. Everything fills in on its own once the league publishes the schedule — there is nothing you need to do.
Do I need an account?
No. Live scores, the league table, fixtures and club rosters are open to everyone. You only need an account to make predictions, play duels, vote for Team of the Round, or appear on the leaderboard.
How do I turn on match reminders?
Go to Profile → Match reminders and tap it. Your phone will ask for permission. You will then be reminded when a lineup is released, when the prediction deadline is approaching, and when a match starts.
How do I block or report another player?
Tap the menu next to their name on the leaderboard. You can undo a block at Profile → Blocked players.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Profile → Delete account. It is immediate and removes your data. See the Privacy Policy for exactly what is removed.
Are the scores official?
No. Match data comes from publicly published Swedish league sources and we work to keep it accurate, but ShuttleIQ is not an official source. For official results, check the league's own channels.
Can I win money or prizes?
No. Predictions and duels earn in-app points and leaderboard rank only. ShuttleIQ is entertainment, not gambling — nothing of monetary value is ever awarded, wagered or withdrawn.
