ShuttleIQ ("we," "our," "the app") is a companion app for fans of the Swedish Badminton League (Badmintonligan) — live scores, standings, match predictions, and friendly competition with other fans.
This policy explains what information ShuttleIQ collects, why, and what control you have over it. We built ShuttleIQ to be genuinely simple about this: we collect what is needed to run your account and the features you use, and nothing else. No ad tracking, no analytics trackers, no selling of data.
Everything below is information you provide directly, or that is generated by your own activity in the app. None of it is collected unless you create an account.

Club names, player names, and match results shown in the app are public sports data, sourced from public league websites — this is not personal data about you or other app users.
Some settings never leave your phone. We cannot see them, and they are not sent anywhere:
Deleting the app removes all of these.
If you switch on match reminders, ShuttleIQ schedules those notifications directly on your device from the published fixture list. No notification data is sent to us or to any server, and we are not able to see whether you have them turned on.
Your account and app data is stored in Cloud Firestore, hosted in a European data center. Firebase Authentication may process sign-in data through Google's global infrastructure as part of standard authentication security.
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active.
You can delete your account and its data yourself, from inside the app, at any time: Profile → Delete account. This is immediate, not a request — it removes your account, your predictions, your leaderboard row, your votes and any duel invitations you created. Duels you played against someone else are kept so the other person's history stays intact, but your name and identifier are removed from them.
If you would rather we did it for you, email us (see Contact) and we will delete it, typically within 30 days.

ShuttleIQ is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove it.
If we make meaningful changes to this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ShuttleIQ after a change means you accept the updated policy.
