02The service
ShuttleIQ is a free companion app for fans of the Swedish Badminton League: live scores, standings, match predictions, friendly leaderboards, 1-on-1 prediction duels, and a "Team of the Round" fan vote.
03Not gambling, no real money
ShuttleIQ is entertainment, not gambling. Predictions, duels, and votes earn in-app points and leaderboard rank only — never cash, prizes, or anything of monetary value. No real money is ever wagered, deposited, or withdrawn through the app.
04Your account
You do not need an account to follow the league. Live scores, the table, fixtures and club rosters are open to everyone.
An account (email + password) is needed for predictions, duels, Team of the Round votes, and your personal profile.
You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that happens under your account.
Use a real, working email address — it is how you would recover your account if you forget your password.
One account per person, please.
05Acceptable use
Play fair. Specifically, do not:
Create multiple accounts to manipulate leaderboards, duels, or votes
Impersonate another person or club
Use bots, scripts, or automated tools against the app
Try to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to ShuttleIQ's systems
Use a display name that is abusive, harassing, sexually explicit, or impersonates someone else
We can suspend or remove accounts that break these rules.
06Reporting and blocking
The only content other users can see from you is the display name you choose. We take that seriously:
Display names are filtered when you set them, and abusive ones are rejected outright.
You can report any player from the menu next to their name on the leaderboard, or from Profile → Report content.
You can block any player from that same menu. A blocked player disappears from your leaderboard. You can undo this at Profile → Blocked players.
We remove offensive content and the accounts responsible for it within 24 hours of a report.
07Match & player data
Club names, player names, lineups, and match results shown in the app are sourced from public league websites. We do our best to keep this accurate and timely, but ShuttleIQ is not an official source — for official results, always check the league's own channels.
08Ownership
The ShuttleIQ name, logo, and app design belong to us. Club and player names belong to their respective clubs and organizations — we display them for identification purposes as a fan app, not to claim any affiliation or endorsement.
09Suspension & termination
You can stop using ShuttleIQ at any time, and you can delete your account and its data yourself from inside the app at Profile → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
10Disclaimer & liability
ShuttleIQ is provided "as is." We work to keep scores, standings, and lineups accurate, but we cannot guarantee the app will always be error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly in sync with real match events. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app.
11Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
12Changes to these terms
If we make meaningful changes, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use ShuttleIQ after a change means you accept the updated terms.
